E-commerce, Product Discovery & Operations Platform

Customers faced a large range of MacBook models, specifications and price points, while the team needed clearer visibility across inventory, sales, repairs, customer records, supplier returns and technician activity.
We built one connected digital ecosystem: a public website with country-aware product discovery and a MacBook Finder, plus role-based internal tools for owners, sales staff and technicians. WhatsApp is used only after the customer has selected a product or completed a structured repair enquiry.
The case study includes customer-facing and internal system views. Personal names, contacts, balances, serial numbers and other sensitive records are permanently blurred where required.
The interface and workflow remain visible while sensitive business and customer information is protected.
